Jamshedpur, June 8: In an attempt to ensure fast services and clear communication Tata Motors has launched an App based Town Complain Management System for Telco township.

“Our digitalisation journey has been extended from the plant to the township through an App-Based Town Complaint Management System. It would be helpful for fast services and clear communication. Users can upload photos for quick action on the issue. A host of features and benefits would be accessible through this single app, thereby, making the township more appealing for current and future residents, ”  said an official note issued by the automobile company.

The app offers a comprehensive range of features tailored to meet the unique requirements of Tata Motors township.

Residents can easily connect with their neighbours, report maintenance issues, receive important announcements, access township resources and engage in social activities through the user-friendly interface.

The app also empowers township administrators with efficient task management tools, streamlined communication channels and transparent administration capabilities.

The App is developed by SocioHood Technologies Private Limited, a leading provider of township management solutions.

It will be a milestone for both Tata Motors and SocioHood as they collaborate to transform the township living experience. It will also reflect a shared vision of leveraging technology to enhance the quality of life for residents.

Meanwhile, in order to support the initiative of segregation of waste at source, Tata Cummins has provided the town administration team with about 9000 dustbins for distribution to the residents of the  Tata Motors township in Jamshedpur.
