Jasprit Bumrah returns from injury, BCCI announces updated ODI squad for SL

New Delhi, Jan 3: the The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced on Tuesday that speedster Jasprit Bumrah will be a part of the ODI team for the Sri Lanka series. The pacer Bumrah has been added to India’s ODI team for the forthcoming 3-match ODI series against Sri Lanka, according to a media announcement from the country’s top cricket governing body.

Due to a back ailment, Bumrah has not played cricket since September 2022 and was disqualified from the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup. The National Cricket Academy has deemed the Indian bowler fit after he underwent rehabilitation. He will soon be a member of the Team India ODI group.

NEWS – The All-India Senior Selection Committee has included pacer Jasprit Bumrah in India’s ODI squad for the upcoming Mastercard 3-match ODI series against Sri Lanka.

Shami, Mohd. Siraj, Umran Malik, Arshdeep Singh.
