Ranchi, Sept 5: Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren asked BJP to also focus on the legislatorship of BJP’s Samri Lal and not just his legislatorship. He added that Lal became an MLA with the help of fake certificates and the matter related to him has already been sent to Election Commission of India.

However, everyone is ignoring the same and is only talking about his legislatorship, he said.

He told the same during his speech in the assembly during debate on confidence motion. Kanke MLA Samri Lal, who despite being an outsider contested election on a seat reserved for SC.

Lal, reacting to this, told Lagatar24.com that the chief minister should ask regarding this to his father Shibu Soren first who allowed him to contest election as JMM candidate in 2004 and 2009.

The CM on the occasion also cornered governor Ramesh Bais saying he has created a confusion in the state by not disclosing what election commission of India has advised him sending a letter on August 25
