Ranchi, April 1:  Ranchi, April 1: ST, SC, OBC and minority community members associated with the Congress today protested against the BJP’s ‘divisive politics’ organising Satyagrah here in front of Bapu Vatika at Morhabadi.

It was a part of nationwide programme organised by the Congress to give a message that despite the BJP’s attempt of dividing country people in the matter of caste, creed and religion all are one and will remain united to save the unity and integrity of the country.

Jharkhand Congress Backward Front president Abhilash Kumar said that the party has adopted the policy of Mahatma Gandhi who used truth and non-violence as weapons to fight against Britishers. He said the party will use the same tool to root out the BJP from the country.

The Congress in Jharkhand has become active after expulsion of party MP Rahul Gandhi from Lok Sabha following his conviction in a defamation case. Earlier also after the expulsion of Gandhi they had also organised several protest programmes.
