Ranchi: The Jharkhand High Court has once again dismissed a civil review petition filed by Satyavat Infosol Pvt Ltd in connection with the JSSC CGL paper leak case, upholding the decision to blacklist the agency. This marks the second rejection of the review plea by the court.

Repeated Legal Attempts Fail to Secure Relief

The company had initially challenged its blacklisting by the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission through a writ petition, which was dismissed. A subsequent civil review was also rejected, prompting the firm to approach the Supreme Court of India. However, the apex court directed the company to file another review petition before the High Court, which has now been rejected again.

The matter was heard by Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad, who upheld the earlier decision.

Blacklisting Upheld Over Paper Leak Incident

The JSSC had blacklisted the agency for three years following the CGL examination paper leak case under its April 25, 2024 order. The court noted that the company failed to provide a satisfactory explanation regarding the incident, justifying the strict action taken by the commission.

As a result, the agency remains barred from conducting any examinations during the specified period, marking one of the strongest actions taken in response to the paper leak controversy.
