Ranchi, Nov.10: The Jharkhand High Court directed for ‘no coercive’ action against two district sub-registrars associated with Dhanbad, Rahul Choubey and Rahul Kumar.
The order came from the court of Justice Sanjay Dwivedi after their petitions were heard there.
They had knocked on the door of JHC after an FIR was registered against them at the Govinpur police station alleging them of adopting an illegal way for registration of land.
