Jharkhand logs 3,749 fresh cases, 3 deaths in last 24 hours

Ranchi, Jan 15: New Covid infections, continued to record a steady rise with 3,749 new cases being reported during the last 24 hours in the state on Friday taking the total number of active cases to 33,189 with 2,807 recoveries and three deaths.

While two casualties were reported from East Singhbhum and one from Bokaro.

The total number of Covid-19 cases in the state since the outbreak of the pandemic in April 2021 has reached 3,99,275 out of which 3,60,894 have recovered and 5,192 have scummed to the virus.

Ranchi with 1,335 new cases once again remained on top followed by East Singhbhum with 472 new cases.
