Ranchi, March 28: A total of 24 proposals were discussed on Monday during the 10th meeting of the Board of Directors of Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority (JIADA) under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Hemant Soren.
In the meeting, approval was given for the transfer of leasehold rights of partial land under relevant clauses of JIADA Regulation-2016 after receiving 100% fee of fixed land value in the current prevailing year.
Apart from it, approval has also been given to increase the land value, rent, maintenance etc. in all the four regions Ranchi, Bokaro, Adityapur and Santhal Pargana under JIADA after it is changed from construction area to service or commercial area.
The Authority’s budget for the financial year 2022-23 has also been approved. During the meeting, the board of directors agreed to reschedule the benefits of the seventh revised pay scale which is in effect from January 1, 2016, under the conditions laid down by the Finance Department, to the officers/employees of all the four regions of JIADA.
Select few agencies through tender for garbage disposal in various industrial areas under JIADA have been given approval. In Gopalganj village, which comes under Dhanbad, 34.07 acres of JIADA’s land, which is reserved for the establishment of leather park/footwear park industries, has been de-reserved and approved for the establishment of general category industries.
Apart from these, approval has been given to de-reserve the remaining land out of the allotted land reserved for food processing, hatchery, egg, meat processing in Sosai industrial area in Ranchi.
Many other important proposals were also discussed during the meeting and post-facto approval has been given to many proposals. CM Hemant Soren also launched JIADA Bokaro field’s website during the meeting.
