Ranchi, Aug 29: The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has announced and invited applications for the recruitment of 690 Laboratory Assistants. The process of applying for these posts is to start from August 29, 2022, while the last date is September 28, 2022. Interested candidates can visit the official website of JSSC at www.jssc.nic.in and complete the application process.

JSSC has invited applications for the recruitment of 690 vacant posts of Laboratory Assistants. Appointments will be made for 230 posts of Physics, 230 of Chemistry and 230 posts of Biology.
Qualification
It is mandatory for the candidates to have passed Matriculation and Inter from a recognized institute to apply for the posts.
Age
The minimum age limit of the candidates has been fixed at 21 years while the maximum age limit has been fixed at 35 years. Reserved category will also get age relaxation as per rules.
Application fee
The general category candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 100 while the SC/ST candidates of Jharkhand state will have to pay an examination fee of Rs 50.
Selection Process
According to the notification, the candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the written examination.
