Khunti: Two bike-borne youths killed in collision with unidentified vehicle

Khunti, July 16: Two youths riding a bike died in a collision with an unknown vehicle. This incident took place late on Saturday night near Ridum Chowk on District Khunti-Simdega Road. The deceased have been identified as Ashish Bhengra (20 years old) resident of Okda Amba Toli and Vinay Bhengra (20 years old) resident of Sundari Soso Toli.

Regarding the incident, it is said that an unknown vehicle hit the bike from the front. The collision was so severe that the bike flew away. At the same time, both youths died on the spot after being hit by the vehicle. The dead bodies of both were brought to the referral hospital Torpa. The dead bodies will be handed over to the relatives after the post-mortem on Sunday. Both the youths were former students of St. Joseph’s College, Torpa and were currently enrolled in Part One graduation from Birsa College.
