Marwari College holds workshop on modern placement trend for MCA students

Ranchi, Sept 21: The Marwari College on Wednesday organised a one-day workshop on Modern Placement Trends under IQAC and Placement Cell for the students of MCA department. Here students were trained for selection as a software developer in the company Maventic Innovative Solutions Pvt Ltd. Notably, the company will soon be visiting the campus for selection of students.

The key speaker of this workshop, Assistant Coordinator of the placement cell of the college, Anubhav Chakraborty trained the students through discussion on the importance of human resource, technology and management.

On this occasion, Prof Dr Avinash Kumar, MCA department motivated the students to check and improve their skills from time to time on Java, Python and other computer related languages.

Prof Shubhankar Aich, Coordinator of the Department said that in the coming time, there is immense potential in the future in five areas like Data Analysis, Digital Marketing, Software Engineering, Product Management and User Interface Management. Therefore, the interested students should develop their skills along with their knowledge.

In this workshop, the teachers of the department including Anubhuti Srivastava and Deepti Prasad said that string and loop based test series will be organized for the final year students of MCA so that technical and employability skills improve in the students.

Principal Dr Manoj Kumar said that such technical test sessions would be organised regularly in every department of the college, so that the students would be able to succeed in the set criteria of top multinational companies to come in the coming days and have prior knowledge of standards.
