Ranchi: The investigation into the matriculation exam paper leak case has intensified, with authorities suspecting the involvement of several coaching institute operators. According to reports, Kodarma police have arrested school operator Prashant Sahu alias Prince and one other individual in connection with the case. Both are currently being interrogated as authorities attempt to trace the full network behind the leak.
Preliminary findings suggest possible links to Maharashtra and Deoghar, prompting the investigation team to dispatch officers to these locations for further inquiry.
Deputy Commissioner Provides Update
Deputy Commissioner Medha Bhardwaj confirmed that all relevant details have been shared with the Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC)-appointed committee, which is preparing its investigation report.
Additionally, the Deputy Commissioners of Giridih and Kodarma have been asked to provide clarifications regarding their roles in the case. Meanwhile, on the directive of JAC, Deputy Commissioner Medha Bhardwaj has formed a special investigation team (SIT) led by the Deputy Development Commissioner to probe the matter thoroughly.
