RPF inspector, Tatanagar, Sanjay Kumar Tiwari said the girl was fortunately spotted by a team of railway police personnel who was on a checking duty at the In-gate area otherwise she could have fallen victim to anti-social elements if standing there while waiting for her boyfriend.
“An RPF lady constable, Dola Mondal, had spotted the minor standing restlessly in a convenient corner near the In-gate. The constable along with other railway police personnel had brought the girl to the railway assistance booth at around 11.30 pm, ” said Tiwari.
