Newsmaker in Newsroom: Lagatar Media to host Health Minister Banna Gupta, public to ask questions

Ranchi, Oct 16: The Hindi daily ‘Shubham Sandesh’ and YouTube channel ‘Live Lagatar’ at the Lagatar Media house have invited questions from the general public to be asked in a new programme named ‘News Maker in News Room’ (News Room mein News Maker) in an effort to make news makers aware of the questions of the voters and to connect them directly.

Set to be a weekly event, the programme brings out leaders and political representatives in the news room, where they are asked all kinds of questions by people of all walks of life. After former minister Saryu Rai, the second episode of the programme, to be aired on October 17 at 1 pm will host Jamshedpur West MLA and Jharkhand Health Minister Banna Gupta. The programme will be hosted by senior journalist Dr. Santosh Manav.

People can send their questions along with their names and addresses to the media house on WhatsApp number 9693148080 till 10 am on Monday.

The news house aims to organise the programme on a weekly basis, and to invite guests from all fields of life. The media house believes that the participation by the public in the programme will be a sign of their awareness.

The programme will be telecast live on Monday, October 17th at 1 pm on news portal lagatar.in and YouTube channel livelagatar as well as on lagatar.in’s Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/lagatarnews24/ and Twitter https://twitter.com/lagatarIN. Along with this, selected questions and their answers will be published on Hindi daily ‘Shubham Sandesh’, lagatar.in and lagatar24.com. People can also ask questions during the event by visiting the Facebook page, Twitter, and the links.
