The note outlines the shape of the functioning of the administration from the block level to the district level. Furthermore, it gives an insight into how the district administration will take mitigation measures to contain the adverse effects of the drought here vis-a-vis the pace to be generated for the developmental works.
In the note, Dodde has emphasised ‘service delivery’. He explains it by saying that there is an avalanche of applications at the Aap ki Yojna, Aap ki Sarkar Aap k Dwar which need to be suitably disposed of. He further states that wherever on-the-spot disposal is not possible, it must be done within a set time frame
Dodde has directed his officials to dispose of the petitions pending since 2021 which were filed in the maiden Aap k Adhikar, Aap ki Sarkar Aap k Dwar. Notably, the programme was known as Aap ke Adhikar in 2021, which is now named Aap ki Yojna
Officials have stated that the phenomenal increase in the number of applications at this ongoing programme of the Sarkar Aap k Dwar is indicative of the trust and confidence of the common man in the administration. Meanwhile, the note from the Palamu DC asks for the retention of the trust and promises that it will not be broken by the administration at no stage.
The note further suggests that service delivery to the targeted group be ensured and a proactive role is played by the officials in the developmental and welfare work.
