Ranchi, Feb 26: Abiding by the jail manual, Jharkhand RJD working president Sanjay Singh Yadav and youth RJD state president Ranjan Yadav met Lalu Yadav today and inquired about his health.

After meeting Lalu, Sanjay Singh Yadav said, “I have come to know about the health of the supremo. His health is not good. He is battling with the problem of toothache.”

He further said that by taking the message of RJD’s National President Lalu Yadav and Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav, they will run a membership campaign in all the districts and make the organization strong.

On the other hand, youth RJD state president Ranjan Yadav said that the party’s membership drive is going on. Under the campaign, a target has been set to connect 25 lakh people with the organization.

He said that the organization has to be strengthened up to the booth level. The booth level election of our organization is also to be held and it will be done till the state level.

“We are hopeful that we will win the maximum number of seats in Panchayat elections also. Our supremo is getting old and all of our workers are worried about his deteriorating health,” Yadav said.

Lalu has been sentenced to 5 years in the case of illegal withdrawal from the Doranda treasury. These days Lalu is undergoing treatment in the paying ward of RIMS and 3 people can meet him under the jail manual.
