Potential students need proper guidance to excel: Jharkhand Guv

Hazaribag, Jan 30: Jharkhand Governor Ramesh Bais on Monday said that students have enough potential to excel in any field but require better guidance. 

While distributing degrees among 148 toppers during the first convocation of AISECT University, he said knowledge cannot be stolen or snatched. 

“Whoever has the knowledge, moves ahead in life like a river,” said Bais while addressing students at the Tarawa Kharwa campus of the university.

He stressed practical knowledge claiming that knowledge gets reflected in a person’s character. He said education increases broadness in our thinking. He also stressed practical education. He hoped that AISECT will impart quality education, getting included in the list of top universities in the country. 

Hazaribag Sadar MLA of BJP Manish Jaiswal said there is no shortcut in getting success. He asked students to think big and to work hard for success. 

The vice chancellor of AISECT, Dr PK Nayak said AISECT has achieved many milestones so far by winning many awards. He said AISECT is focusing on quality education.
