Ramgarh: 143 ITI students of OP Jindal Community College get jobs in top-notch companies

Ramgarh, May 2: A placement program was organized at OP Jindal Community College, Patratu from 25th April to 1st May 2022 for ITI pass and final year training in the Ramgarh region.

The country’s leading and regional companies from different regions participated in this placement program including Volvo, Eicar, Suzuki Motors, Viraj Steel, UTL, Motherson Sumi, and Shri Ram Power.

A total of 250 candidates registered themselves in this placement program in which the selection of 143 candidates was fixed in the minimum pay scale from Rs. 10,000-15000.

35 candidates trained in the Assistant Electrician Course sponsored by NABARD and NBCFDC running in the institute have been selected in Motherson Sumi Gujarat.

The officers of all the companies involved appreciated the training system of the institution.

College Principal Ajay Pandey said that by organizing such placement camps, unemployed youth get employment opportunities.

“The organization has been organizing this type of placement program every year and will continue to organize placement programs in future also so that the trained youth of the area can get employment,” he said.

The candidates appreciated this type of placement program and the organization of the placement camp boosted their confidence.

The trainees from the institute are today working in leading companies of the country like Tata Motors, Tata Steel, Jindal Steel & Power, and ISRO Railway among others.
