Ramgarh: Govt school headmaster suspended for serving ‘mand-bhaat’, other irregularities

Ramgarh, Mar 8: Devi Dayal Pathak, the in-charge of the Upgraded Middle / High School, Beecha under Patratu block, was suspended after a complaint was registered with the authorities by the Management Committee and parents regarding mismanagement of the school.

 

The headmaster has been alleged of feeding ‘mand- bhaat’ to the children instead of the set mid-day meals, not distributing the material received from the department properly, not coming to school and keeping the attendance register of the school in his house and registering regular attendance.

 

Other allegations against him include filling the absent period in biometric attendance with a pen, commuting from Ranchi without staying in the headquarters, not properly distributing the resources provided to the students and half-finished distribution of cooking cost amount.

 

According to the information, the allegation of being absent in the order has been found prima facie to be true.
