Ranchi, Feb.20: An MoU was signed between the Central Institute of Psychiatry, Ranchi (CIP) and the Indian Institutes of Management (IIM) to promote wellness by extending clinical and counselling services at IIM, Ranchi campus, to facilitate the mutual exchange of manpower and to conduct collaborative research in the field of management and positive mental health.
It was signed at CIP by Prof Basudeb Das, Director CIP and Prof Deepak Kumar Srivastava, Director IIM Ranchi.
Notably, Dr Tanusree Dutta, Associate Professor and Nodal officer for the Human Connect programme at IIM and Dr Nishant Goyal, Prof. CIP would coordinate the deliverables of the MoU.
This MoU would help bridge a new association between management training and positive mental health and is a unique initiative in the country. Dr Dipanjan Bhattacharjee, Dr Avinash Sharma, De Madhumita and Dr Narendra were also present.
