Ranchi: Marwari College organises seminar on mushroom production

Ranchi, Apr 9: A one-day seminar was organised in the context of mushroom production by the Biotech Department at Vivekananda Auditorium at Marwari College. The founder of Biotech Friends Avinash Kumar shared important information about mushroom production with the students. He further shared his experience and talked about the actual utility and commercial production of mushrooms.

During this programme, Marwari College Principal Dr. Manoj Kumar advised the students to work on the principle of ‘Learning by Doing’ and encouraged them to take up their own ventures. Dr. A S Khalkho, Coordinator of Biotechnology, mentioned the works of Avinash Kumar and advised the students to work further with him as their inspiration.

Assistant Professor Dr. Rajeev Chandra Rajak, Assistant Professor of Biotech Department Dr. Pinky Raj Sahu, Srishti, Pyali, Diksha, Saloni, and Swati were present on the occasion. Pooja Kumari, Anil Rajbhar, and Anshuman Choudhary were credited with making the programme a success.
