Ranchi Sadar Hospital admits four covid patients, releases five

Ranchi, Jan.4: Admission of Covid-19 patients at Sadar Hospital today remained less than the number of patients released from there.

 

Till 3 pm today while four new patients of Covid-19 were admitted, five who were admitted following Covid-19 infection were discharged.

 

Medical officer of the hospital Dr Ajit informed this saying till 3pm number of patients undergoing treatment at the hospital is 13 and none of them is on a ventilator or high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC) therapy.

 

He said the hospital has 207 of the total 220 seats vacant today.

 

Meanwhile, civil surgeon Dr Vinod Kumar has asked the concerned officials to increase testing and use of sanitizers and masks.
