Ranchi, June 16: A fire broke out in Sitaram Mall located in Namkum on Thursday morning in which goods of many shops were completely destroyed. Ten fire tenders were deployed on the spot and it took a lot of effort to bring the fire under control for the last several hours. Namkum Police reached the spot after getting information about the incident.

Police said that the information about how the fire took place is not available. At present, the police are suspecting that the fire has started due to a short circuit. Police will investigate the whole matter.

As soon as the fire broke out in the mall, the people around tried to control it by pouring water but failed. After this, the information about the incident was given to the fire station. By the time the fire brigade reached the spot, three shops were completely burnt.
