Ranchi, Oct.9: Regular spells of holidays started at the civil court today, the second Saturday.

CBI lawyer B.M.P. Singh informed to Lagatar 24.com saying that the court will remain open on October 11 after two days of regular leave, second Saturday and Sunday, and then it will be closed from October 12.

“From October 12 to November 11 the court will remain closed. On November 12 it will open for a day, then again remain closed from November 13 to 15. The normal court will start from November 16 and then again from December 24 it will get closed till January 2 next year,” Singh said when asked about the development likely to take place in the animal husbandry case this year.

Another lawyer, Ashok Mishra, confirmed the situation saying during holidays, only four vacation courts will run and matters related to bails will be heard.

“Two courts of magistrate and two courts of session judges will run to take up the matter related to bail. Other than hearing on bail matters, no work will take place during vacation,” advocate Mishra said.
