Ranchi, Dec 6: Rohini Acharya, the daughter of RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav, donated her kidney to her ailing father for successful transplant surgery in Singapore on Monday. Prior to going in for the surgery, she posted a picture with her father on social media and captioned it, “Ready to Rock and Roll; Wish me good luck”.

This act of a daughter donating an organ to save the life of her father has won the hearts of several netizens, who sent wishes and appreciation to her as comments on her post.

Same here Rohniji. I am Akash Srivastav from lucknow. I too have had a kidney transplant from a strong then 18 yr donor, my daughter Anushka. Our transplant done in july 18.both are fit n fine.God bless both the girls
