New Delhi, Dec 26: India skipper Rohit Sharma and opener KL Rahul are most likely going to miss the home series against Sri Lanka in January.
According to ANI sources in the BCCI, Rohit has not yet fully recovered from the thumb injury he suffered during the second ODI against Bangladesh earlier in December. According to the reports, KL will get married during the time period depicted in the series. From January 3 to January 15, Sri Lanka will tour India for three T20Is and three ODIs. Notably, Rohit and KL had a poor year with the bat in 2022.
