Dhanbad, Sept 10: RSS Sarsanghchalak (chief) Mohan Bhagwat reached Dhanbad in the early morning today ( Friday) from Patna by Ganga- Damodar Express on a three-day visit over organizational expansion in Jharkhand.
This is RSS chief’s second visit to Dhanbad. Earlier in December 2018, he had arrived here to attend the national executive of Krida Bharti, the sports wing of RSS.
RSS senior office-bearers of Jharkhand, BJP local leaders, Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), and Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh activists gave a rousing welcome to the RSS chief as he arrived at Dhanbad railway station from Patna at 4.50 am.
An official of the RSS organizing committee said that the main aim of Bhagwat is to discuss with Shakha teachers, Karyavah Milan Pramukh over spreading RSS work in 1264 Mandals and 847 Bastis of the state. “ He holds meetings for organizational expansion across the country round the year,” said a member of the organizing committee.
The Organizing committee member said that during three days’ stay in Dhanbad Bhagwat would hold a meeting with 40 Pracharak Pramukh ( chief) of Jharkhand and Bihar at Rajkamal Saraswati Vidya Mandir.
He would also hold meetings with officials and members of Prantiya karyakarni, Dhanbad Mahanagar RSS Shakha chief teachers, Shakha karyvah, Milan Pramukh. He would also meet 100 intellectuals from different fields.
