TICCI apprises women entrepreneurs of e-tendering process and GeM Portal

Ranchi, Sept.15: Women entrepreneurs were apprised of schemes of National SC ST Hub besides the e-tendering process and GeM portal during daylong Women Entrepreneurship Programme organized by National SC-ST Hub, a unit of union MSME ministry, in association with women cell of Tribal Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industries (TICC) at the conference hall of Jharkhand Small Scale Industries Association (JSSIA) office at Kokar.

Chief Manager of National SC-ST Hub Kiran Maria Tiru and TICCI Women’s Cell Convenor Vasavi Kido and a large number of women entrepreneurs participated in the programme.

TICCI Women’s Cell Convenor Vasavi Kido during the programme emphasized on strengthening and encouraging rural women to come forward to promote micro-industry.

“Forest products are available in abundance with them. They can manufacture many things. We need to work in this direction so that the rural economy can be strengthened with their help,” she said.

Kido said that this awareness program will be organized in Khunti on 19th, Simdega on 21st, Lohardaga on 23, Gumla on 26th and Ranchi on 28th September.
