Ranchi, May 19: UGC President M Jagadesh Kumar has informed that after undergraduate, students will now have to give a common university entrance test for admission in post-graduation as well.
The CUET application form for PG will be available on the official website of NTA from May 19. Notably, those students who want to take admission to a PG course at Central University can take admission through the entrance exam.
UGC President M Kumar has said that the examination will be conducted in the first week of July, however, the exam dates are yet to be announced.
As per information released by UGC, it has been said that the Common University Entrance Test (CUET PG) for post-graduate admissions will be held in the last week of July 2022. The process of submission of the CUET PG application form will start on Thursday on the website of NTA.
Officials have announced that the exam pattern and all other information will be updated on the NTA website www.nta.ac.in soon.
Notably, the registration process for CUET UG is still undergoing. After the release of the application, the candidates will have to apply for it. However, no last date has been announced for filling forms for CUET PG yet.
Meanwhile, the exam pattern for the exam of CUET UG has already been released. The exam will be conducted in a total of 13 languages.
