Mumbai, July 31: Sanjay Raut said on Sunday in a flurry of tweets that he wouldn’t leave the Shiv Sena and would continue to fight despite the ED’s action against him.
“I have nothing to do with any scam. I am saying this by taking the oath of Shiv Sena chief Balasaheb Thackeray. Balasaheb taught us to fight. I will continue to fight for Shiv Sena,” he tweeted in Marathi this morning.
“False action. False evidence. I will not leave Shiv Sena. Even if I die, I will not surrender. Jai Maharashtra,” he added.

On the other hand, Sanjay Shirsat, a Shiv Sena MLA from the Shinde group, claimed that the ED has sent a team of officers to Sanjay Raut’s house and that they are fully prepared. He added that the individual who had suggested returning our dead corpses from Guwahati is now angry at the ED’s actions.
Notably, on Sunday morning, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) team arrived at the Mumbai home of Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut. The ED was looking into Raut in relation to a money laundering case involving suspected irregularities in the redevelopment of a Mumbai “chawl,” among other things.
