Ranchi, Oct.28: The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha expelled nine from the party for six years for raising slogans against minister cum party MLA Haziful Ansari on September 23 during a party programme at Chatra.
The action was taken today following information in this regard from the Chatra district committee of the party on September 24 and the publication of news on the matter in different newspapers.
Those expelled include two central committee members Santosh Nayak and Manoj Rana besides Kailash Singh, Dinesh Pandey, Jagdish Yadav, Ravindra Singh, Dhaneshwar Ganjhu, Sangeeta Pathak and Pankaj Mishra.
A letter issued from the party office with the signature of party general secretary Vinod Kumar Pandey informed this.
Apart from expelling the nine members, the party also approved the termination of three members from the party on the recommendation of the Chatra district committee.
Those terminated include Raj Kishore Kamal, Prakash Ram Paswan and Rajesh Kushwaha.
