Ranchi, Dec 15: The agitating candidates of JPSC 7th-10th PT examination on Wednesday gathered outside the Bapu Vatika in Morhabadi regarding the siege of the CM residence.
For the past few days, the protesting candidates have been rigid in dismantling JPSC. They have been raising slogans of JPSC being a fraud and are demanding to cancel the PT examination that was held on 19th September 2021.
In support of the candidates, BJP MLA Naveen Jaiswal had said that this is a conspiracy of the Hemant government and they are playing with the future of the candidates.
BJP MLA Bhanu Pratap Shahi had also spoken on the matter. “If there is even a little shame left in the Hemant government, then the JPSC PT exam should be cancelled,” Shahi had said.
Padmashree Madhu Mansoori had supported the agitating candidate saying that in 21 years only seven examinations were taken which is very wrong and unfair with the aspiring candidates.
Congress State President Rajesh Thakur has refrained from saying anything clearly on the JPSC controversy, while Bandhu Tirkey said that if questions are being raised on JPSC then a fair investigation should be carried out so that the feeling of dissatisfaction generated among the youth of Jharkhand can be removed.
The agitating candidates are demanding that the 7th-10th JPSC PT exam be cancelled. They also want JPSC to conduct the exam again by giving relaxation in age limit, increasing the seats, creating inter-district examination centres, and transparent conduct of the exam on the basis of the selection process.
The candidates say that a lot of wrongs has been done in the result of JPSC’s PT. The result is opposite to the expectation. The candidates sitting chronologically in the same classroom from the same centre in Sahibganj, Latehar, Lohardaga and Hazaribagh districts have been passed.
They also alleged that questions asked in the paper were out of the syllabus. Despite all these irregularities, the highest cut-off ever was reached and non-deserving candidates were selected for the mains examination.
