Dhanbad, Aug 25: BIT Sindri has been ranked 10th in the all-India Internshala ranking 2023.

Internshala founder cum Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Sarvesh Agrawal has informed this to BIT Sindri Career Development Centre (CDC) chairman Prof Ghanshyam with a ‘Certificate of  Appreciation’.

BIT Sindri got 10th rank among 2000 engineering colleges in the country that participated in the ‘Internship Day’ August 25 event.

“We are thrilled to inform you that BIT Sindri has won in state-level ranking for Internship Day from Jharkhand. We hope that this ranking has been a valuable tool for your college. We look forward to continuing our partnership in the future,” said Internshala CEO Sarvesh Agrawal.

Internshala is an internship and online training platform based in Gurgaon. The website helps students find internships with organizations in India.

Prof Ghanshyam said that they are proud that their institution has achieved a remarkable success in state-level ranking for Internship Day 2023 in Jharkhand and secured the 10th all-India ranking.

“This achievement would not have been possible without the valuable contribution of Internshala which has been instrumental in providing our students learning and earning opportunities,” said Prof Ghanshyam.

Internship Day, a nationally recognized event,  is hosted annually on August 25 by Internshala. It serves as a testament to the dedication of engineering colleges in empowering their students to secure meaningful internships.

“This certificate not only honours the efforts of educational institutions but also plays a pivotal role in enhancing the overall internship culture,” said Prof Ghanshyam.

In 2021 Internshala ranking BIT Sindri had got 30th position among participant institutions but this year it has bagged 10th rank.
