Ranchi, Sept.13: The District administration collected Rs 7.15 lakh from 32 vehicles running without proper documents on the road.
The collection took place as a team of the district administration led by district transport officer (DTO) Praveen Prakash intercepted as many as 156 vehicles at Daladili Chowk on Ring Road launching a campaign for a vehicle check drive.
Imposing fine DTO Prakash made an appeal to all vehicle owners across the district to keep their papers related to their vehicles up to date to minimize any legal complication at the time of driving vehicles on the road.
