New Delhi, Dec 7: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) filed chargesheet against TMC MLA and former president of West Bengal Board of Primary Education Manik Bhattacharya in the teachers’ recruitment scam case.

Bhattacharya, the former chairperson of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education, was reportedly detained on October 11 after being questioned by ED officials during the course of the previous night regarding the teachers’ recruitment scam.
