Dhanbad, Oct 8: Express trains will temporarily halt at four stations in the Dhanbad Rail Division starting tomorrow, according to an announcement made by East Central Railway’s (ECR) Hajipur zone for the convenience of travellers during the Diwali and Chhath festivals.
Additional two-minute stops will be made on a trial basis for six months, from October 10 to November 7, according to a senior official of the Dhanbad Rail Division.
Koderma, Choubey Station on the Grand Chord Line, Latehar Station and Barbadih Station on the Central Industrial Chord (CIC) Section of the Dhanbad division would be temporary stops for the express trains.
ECR railway officer said four pairs of express trains would make an additional halt at Latehar station, two pairs of express trains at Barbadih station and one pair of trains at Koderma station.
