Jharkhand garam hone ja raha hai, ab teer chalega, says JMM MLA in Assembly

Ranchi, March 5: JMM legislator LObin Hembrom while speaking in favour of the budget presented by finance minister Rameshwar Oraon raised the issue of delay in formulation of the locals policy and threatened dire consequences of it.

 

He said the situation of shooting arrows will come in case the matter is delayed further.  He also asked chief minister Hemant Soren to declare a deadline for the formulation of the said policy to pave the path of employment of local youths in class 3 and 4 jobs.

 

During his speech, the legislator also raised the issue of looting of tribal land, amendment in CNT Act and SPT Act and suggested cancellation of the decision of increasing the municipal area by 10km area.  He also demanded the cancellation of the Panchayat election plan in the scheduled area.

 

Hembrom also demanded the reconstitution of TAC saying the tribal body has become a football.
