Jharkhand High Court Recommends Transfer of Four Judges, Orders Issued

Ranchi: The Jharkhand High Court, acting on its recommendation, has ordered the transfer of four district judges. The Personnel Department has officially issued the notification regarding these transfers.

Judges Transferred:

• Vinod Kumar Singh, District & Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (MP & MLA Court), Daltonganj, has been posted as District & Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge for SC/ST Atrocities Act cases in Daltonganj until further notice.

• Dinesh Kumar, Special Judge (POCSO Act), Garhwa, has been appointed as Special Judge (POCSO Act) cum Special Judge for SC/ST Atrocities Act cases in Garhwa until further orders.

• Manoj Chandra Jha, District & Additional Sessions Judge, Giridih, has been posted as District & Additional Sessions Judge, Special Court for SC/ST Atrocities Act cases in Giridih.

• Dheeraj Kumar, District & Sessions Judge, Sahibganj, has been transferred as District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge for SC/ST Atrocities Act cases in Sahibganj until further notice.
