JSSC invites applications for 921 posts for JMSCCE 2022

Ranchi, May 19: The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has released the notification of the Jharkhand Municipal Service Combined Competitive Examination (JMSCCE) 2022. Under this, the commission has invited applications to fill 921 vacancies posts like Garden Superintendent, Veterinary Officer, Sanitary and Food Inspector, Sanitary Supervisor, Revenue Inspector, and Legal Assistant.

The online application process for this recruitment will start on May 30, while the last date for application is 26 June.

In the above mentioned 921 posts, 12 posts for garden superintendent, 10 posts for veterinary officer, 24 posts for sanitary and food inspector, 645 posts for sanitary supervisor, 184 posts for revenue inspector and 46 posts for legal assistants will be made available.

Meanwhile, the education qualification required for the posts of the garden superintendent, veterinary officer, revenue inspector, and legal assistant includes under graduation in the concerned subject.

On the other hand, a degree in PG Diploma in Water Sanitation & Hygiene or PG Diploma in Environmental Health & Hygiene or its equivalent will be required for the posts of sanitary and food inspector, while PG Diploma in the sanitary inspector or its equivalent has been set as the minimum qualification for the post of sanitary supervisor.

While the minimum age limit set for candidates for JSSC JMSCCE 2022 is 21, the maximum limit varies as per the category. For instance, the maximum age limit for the unreserved category is 35, while the one for OBC is 37, for females it is 38 years, while for SC/ST candidates (either male or female) is 40.

The salary proposed for said posts is Rs 35, 400 – Rs 1,12,400 for Garden Superintendent as per Pay Matrix Level 6, while it is the same for Veterinary Officer as per Pay Matrix Level 6. Meanwhile, the salary for Sanitary and Food Inspector has been set between Rs 25,500 – Rs 81,100 as per Pay Matrix Level 4.

Similarly, the salary of the Sanitary Supervisor has been set at Rs 21,700 – Rs 69,100 as per the Pay Matrix Level 3, while the same for Revenue Inspector is set at Rs 25,500 – Rs 81,100 as per the Pay Matrix Level 4. Along with this, the pay for Legal Assistant was decided by the commission as Rs 29,200 – Rs 92,300 Pay Matrix Level 5.
