Daltonganj, June 4: Fingers are crossed over what and when the FMT(forensic medicine and toxicology) teacher here goes back from the MMCH (Medinirai Medical College and Hospital) Daltonganj to the RIMS Ranchi from where the teacher has been sent on deputation.

The FMT teacher, an assistant professor, Vibhakar Kumar is on his two-month deputation here under the order of the state health department.

MBBS students say there will be no one left in the FMT department here to teach them after Kumar’s deputation ends.

Principal of the MMCH Daltonganj Dr Kamender Prasad said he has been consistently telling the higher-ups about the FMT teacher crisis in this medical college.

Sources said the FMT teacher has to often rush to courts on dates for medico-legal issues there.
