Ramgarh, May 24: Jharkhand Board Inter Science topper Divya wants to become a doctor after studying medicine.
Divya, a Vikash Nagar resident, said that she had worked hard to get good marks. She didn’t even take any tuition anywhere because of the modest income of her parents. Divya said that Madam Chanda Sinha, who lived near the house, used to teach her by giving her time free of cost. Rest, she used to work hard for 6 to 7 hours at home.
Father Ashok Bihari Rama, who worked as a security guard, on the daughter’s achievement, said that she has brought laurels to the entire Ramgarh along with us. “We will support her to study whatever she wants.”
Her mother Kusum Devi said that Divya was hardworking from the beginning. Along with this, she used to do all the household work. She further said that she does sewing work. Because of this she leaves at 8 in the morning and returns home at 9 in the night.
Divya wants to become a doctor after studying medicine. But the income of the parents is not that much that they can get her an expensive medical education. That’s why Divya’s parents appealed to the education department officials to help Divya get a scholarship so that their daughter could become a doctor after studying further and bring laurels to Ramgarh district.
