Adampur: In a fiery address to Indian Air Force personnel at the Adampur Airbase in Punjab, Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tribute to the armed forces for their role in Operation Sindoor, declaring it a new doctrine that reflects India’s policy, precision, and power. Without naming Pakistan, the Prime Minister said India had not only eliminated terrorist camps, but also “destroyed Pakistan’s audacity.”
‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ Is the Soul of Every Mission
Calling the battle cry “Bharat Mata ki Jai” more than a slogan, PM Modi said it echoes in the skies during every drone and missile strike. “When we light up the night like day, that’s the sound the enemy hears,” he said, hailing the air warriors who executed deep strikes into Pakistan with pinpoint accuracy.
New Normal: Strike Terror at Source
Declaring a shift in India’s strategic posture, Modi stated, “Hum ghar mein ghus ke marenge” — attacking terrorists inside their own safe havens is now formal policy. He confirmed that 9 terror bases were destroyed and over 100 terrorists eliminated in the operation, and praised the air force for completing high-risk missions in just 20–25 minutes without harming civilians.
Pakistan’s Failures and India’s Synergy
Modi detailed how Pakistan’s drone and missile threats failed miserably before India’s multilayered air defence. “Every airbase stood strong,” he said, adding that the Air Force, Army, and Navy acted in joint coordination to neutralise threats. He invoked India’s warrior legacy and said the Pakistani military had been shown its place.
‘Bhay Binu Hoi Na Preeti’: A Clear Message
Sending a poetic warning, Modi echoed Ramcharitmanas — “Bhay binu hoi na preeti” — implying that fearlessness now guides India’s counterterrorism response. “We’ve only paused military action,” he added, “If provoked again, we’ll respond on our own terms.”
No Room Left for Terror Sponsors
The Prime Minister said there’s no longer any distinction between terror groups and state actors, slamming Pakistan’s dual games. He praised India’s forces for avoiding damage to civilian aircraft despite Pakistan using them as shields, and warned that “terror godfathers” can no longer hide anywhere.
India’s Defence, Tech and Resolve Have Evolved
Highlighting a decade of transformation, Modi said Indian forces now match technology with tactical excellence. Reciting poetic lines likening modern Indian weapons to Maharana Pratap’s horse Chetak, he called them swift, fearless, and lethal.
