Ramgarh: In a remarkable breakthrough, Ramgarh Police successfully solved a theft case involving ₹20 lakh. Acting under the instructions of Superintendent of Police (SP) Ajay Kumar, a police team apprehended the accused, Akash Dhanak, from Sagar district in Madhya Pradesh.

₹20 Lakh Theft at Businessman’s Residence

On the night of November 29, thieves broke into the home of Sanjeev Kumar Chadha, the owner of Webs Restaurant, located in Ramgarh police station area. They looted approximately ₹20 lakh in cash along with gold, silver, and diamond jewelry.

Dedicated Team Formed for Swift Action

SP Ajay Kumar formed a special team to crack the case. Following detailed investigations, the team, with assistance from the local police in Madhya Pradesh, managed to arrest Akash Dhanak. The authorities recovered ₹14.31 lakh in cash and several pieces of stolen jewelry from his possession.

This swift action led to the case being solved within 48 hours, showcasing the efficiency and dedication of the Ramgarh Police.
