Ranchi: DAV Kapil Dev organises prabhat pheri

Ranchi, Aug 14: DAV Kapildev Public School, Kadru organised a Prabhat Pheri under the program ‘Har Har Tiranga Ghar Ghar Tiranga’. Teachers and students of the school walked from the school premises to the New AG Cooperative Colony on the occasion.

During this, the children raised slogans of ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ ‘Vande Mataram’. Children with tricolor in their hands and teachers and non-teaching staff toured the colony.

Notably, under the Amrit Mahotsav programme of independence, tiranga yatras are being organised across the country from August 13 to August 15. On this occasion, the Chairman of DAV Kapildev Public School, Kapil Dev Giri said that he has seen the days of slavery and after great sacrifices India got independence. “It is our duty to preserve this freedom,” he added.

School Principal M K Sinha said that prabhat pheri is being organised all over the country on this occasion. “It is the duty of all of us to take our country from developing to developed category. The country is our identity and we can strengthen the country by performing our duty honestly,” the principal added.

Satyendra Kumar Rana, PN Jha, AK Singh, Mamta Singh, all the teachers and non-teaching staff of the school along with students were present on the occasion.
