Ranchi, Feb.5: Police have arrested two persons who allegedly duped unemployed youths in the name of giving them a job in the Central Industrial Security Forces (CISF).
Those arrested are Santosh Kumar and Siddhartha Kumar alias Prem Kumar Mandal.
Arresting could be possible after a resident of Uttarakhand, Sachin Kumar Singh, informed the police about the racket after he realized that he was duped.
Both the accused were produced before the court, from where they were forwarded to judicial custody.
A police official said that the duo had properly called 20 to 25 youths from Punjab and Uttarakhand before asking to pay at the time of filling the recruitment form.
They also took their original certificates and arranged their medical examination after making arrangements for their stay in a quarter in HEC Township to keep their hope alive.
