Ranchi, Feb.11: Jharkhand High Court today verbally observed that RIMS instead of changing its advocate should change its director and attitude.
The observation came after a new advocate Atanu Banerjee appeared on behalf of RIMS to argue in a PIL for appointment of faculties and taking proper steps for the improvement of the condition of only state-run super speciality hospital of the state and sought time for argument though the court after hearing the matter on the previous date had fixed the matter for hearing. Earlierm former chief secretary of the state Ashok Kumar Singh practicing law at the high court used to appear on behalf of RIMS.
Before seeking time the affidavit was filed on behalf of RIMS on which the court did not appear satisfied. The court with verbal observation gave a time of one week to RIMS.
