Special court seeks reply from ACB on discharge petition of minister Satyanand Bhokta

Ranchi, May 10:The ACB special court sought a reply from the Anti-Corruption Bureau on the discharge petition of state minister Satyanand Bhokta.

 

Seeking a reply the court deferred a hearing in the matter till May 17.

 

Bhokta is named as accused in the seed scam case involving  Rs 20 crore. He had also been arrested in this case.

 

A case has been registered against Bhokta under sections 467, 468, 469, 471, 477, 409, 420, 423, 424, 465, 120B and 11, 12, 13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
