Ranchi, Nov 30: Vipul, a resident of Manjhvaraghat panchayat of Godda, is a Divyang. The Block Development Officer, Godda spotted him during a camp organized under the banner ‘Aapke Adhikar, Aapki Sarkar-Aapke Dwar’ in Manjhvara. Immediately, he rushed to him and enquired about his plight. He explained his struggle in getting a pension. The BDO received his application and within 15 minutes Vipul’s pension got approved.
After pension approval, Vipul said, “My family tried for more than 4 years to get my pension approved. Today, in the camp it got approved on the spot. I thank all the officials and the state government for taking such initiatives and delivering services at the doorstep.”
On the occasion of the State Foundation Day, Chief Minister Hemant Soren launched Aapke Adhikar, Aapki Sarkar- Aapke Dwar campaign across the state. This 45-day long campaign is aimed at ensuring the delivery of government scheme benefits to every eligible beneficiary. Under this campaign, every day hundreds of Panchayat level camps are being organized across the state.
Sunanda’s Ration card got approved within 5 minutes
In another such camp organized in Sadar block of Simdega district, Sunanda said, “One of my neighbours informed me about this camp. For more than a year, I was trying to get a Green Ration Card. Today, I came to this camp and within 5 minutes my Ration Card was issued. I am very happy to see such camps being organized and services being delivered at our doorstep.”
Mirza Marandi’s pension got approved within 30 minutes
71-year old Mirza Marandi’s pension application got approved within 30 minutes in a camp organized in Jamtara. Mirza Marandi was unable to fill-up the form. BDO Narayanpur himself filled up the form and his pension application got approved on the spot. His relatives say that Mirza Marandi’s struggle to get a pension came to an end after 5 Years of struggle. This was all possible because of Aapke Adhikar, Aapki Sarkar- Aapke Dwar camp.
More than 3,15,000 applications resolved
As per the data available on the official website of Aapke Adhikar, Aapki Sarkar-Aapke Dwar, more than 6,50,000 applications have been received till today late afternoon. Out of these, more than 3,15,000 applications have been resolved.
