Lucknow, June 12: Outside the home of a local leader, Javed Mohammad in Prayagraj, security has been tightened up as the administration started to demolish his home in the aftermath of violent protests in the city.
Javed has been identified as a key conspirator in the Prayagraj protests in response to former BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma’s statement about Prophet Mohammad.

According to officials, the majority of the household things had already been taken, and personnel had been called into duty to remove the remaining objects still in the house. During the destruction, some flags and a placard with the motto “When Injustice Becomes Law, Rebellion Becomes Duty” were discovered in the house.
The Prayagraj Development Authority (PDA) had served Mohammad with a demolition order, requiring him to remove his home by 11 a.m. today. The house was “illegally erected,” according to the demolition notice.
Notably, Javed Pump, a resident of JK Ashiana Colony in Prayagraj’s old city area’s Kareli neighbourhood, has already been arrested in connection with the violence case. In three FIRs, the police have listed 95 people by name and roughly 5400 people by surname.
PDA crews began identifying unlawful buildings and encroachments in Atala and surrounding regions, ostensibly in response to police and administrative officials’ warnings about rioters’ illegal properties being targeted following Friday’s violent protest.
