Ranchi, Nov 12: Usha Martin’s executive director D. Bhowmik talked about the importance of customer satisfaction during a two-day conference of Usha Martin’s channel partners.
“Business success lies in the happiness of customers. Customers are the most important thing in every business. Any business depends on the satisfaction of its customers. Profit and loss in business is all based on customers. That’s why keeping customers happy and satisfied is the most important thing in every business. If the customers are happy, then the business will grow,” Bhowmik said.
Bhowmik said that good behavior with the customers and mutual relationships determine the success of the business. Therefore high standards should be followed in every circumstance.
On this occasion CFO Anirban Sanyal outlined the relationship between profit and customer in the business. He said that understanding the customers is very important in business.
“What is the demand of the customers? Business can be made successful only by keeping it at the center,” Sanyal said before informing about the future goals of Usha Martin and the efforts required to be made.
Global Director Tapas Ganguly and Export AVP Chirantan Chatterjee gave a presentation on the potential of the global market and India’s role in it. He said that for its strong presence in the world market, it will have to follow high level norms and standards along with excellent work. National Sales and Marketing Head Shantanu Das briefed about the achievements of the company over the years.
Das explained about the business growth prospects of the company. The senior officials of various departments of Usha Martin expressed their views on the product, production and its process through various presentations.
During the program all the dealers and customers were made to visit the factory and the process of production was explained.
Director, Global Growth and Strategy of Usha Martin, Shreya Jhanwar, said that the company is proactively working through Global Growth Centers globally to tap growth opportunities. For this, he added, growth centers have been set up at every major place in the world.,
Plant head SBN Sharma said that the company’s continued growth and recognition has been driven by the emotional attachment of co-workers to which thousands of people feel connected. On the basis of this mutual cooperation and relationship, the solution of every obstacle and crisis is found, he said.
Executive Director (HR) DJ Basu said that in the changing times of the market, Usha Martin is also changing its vision and working style. There is a special emphasis on innovation and improvement by the HR department for the overall development of the society along with the customer and dealer, he added. Global standards are being followed from production to customer through ESG and CSR, so that the company can stand firm in the changing international context, he maintained.
